Returns and Exchanges

You may exchange a product only if it is defective. There are no refunds or returns only exchanges. If it is necessary to exchange a product you will recieve the appropriate credit toward Kalayaans/Baojians service/product of your chioce.

Monthly Class fees are non-refundable regardless of your attendance. This is because classes are offered and given regardless of your attendance. The policy is the same if you purchase a gym membership and decide not to go to the gym. 

Shipping Policy

Our policy for shipment of products purchased online. We only ship items with in the Continental U.S. Products may be shipped seperately! Some products may require 6-8wk delivery depending on your geographic location and availability.
